Refund Policy (FAM)
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If a member cancels, a written request via email must be made to the following address: email@example.com
A member is entitled for a full refund IF:
- They cancel within 2 business days after the date of purchasing the course AND has not watched ANY portion of the course.
A member is entitled for a 50% refund IF:
- They submit refund request within 5 business days after the date of purchasing the course AND they have only partially watch the course (< than 25% of the entire course portion).
In other words, NO FULL REFUND will be accepted as soon as a member begins watching FAM content AND/OR after 5 business days of purchasing the course.
Once a refund request is received, FAM Management Team shall promptly refund fees requested no later than 30 business after the date of cancellation.
